Firstly, wait until they aren’t around. Make a plan before hand, chose a refuge or somewhere safe you can go where they can find/hurt you. When they’re not around, pack your stuff and go. Don’t let them talk you round and don’t tell anyone they know where you’re going. Take care and be strong <3
